Rainforest Zapier Integration
We're super excited to announce Zapier support for Rainforest. This means you can now use any of over 300 supported apps you already use - such as Gmail, Jenkins, Github or Hipchat - to trigger or consume results from Rainforest without writing any code.
In case you didn't already know, Zapier makes it easy for non-developers to connect their web services together, saving time and improving productivity. Check out some examples of what you can do today with Rainforest and Zapier:
Start a run when an Email arrives
There's many situations where you might want to know what is working and what is broken on your site where email makes sense as a trigger. For example, you want to let your customer support team check if something is broken based on a customer request. With this example you can just have them email with a specific subject line to create a new rainforest run and get notified when the results are in.
Start a run when a Jenkins build finishes
Want Rainforest to QA your latest build after it's passed your unit tests? Get started here with Jenkins and Rainforest.
Get a text message when a test completes
You can now get a simple text message when we're finished testing things as well:
With are so many options, we're excited to see what you do. You can get started here - let us know how it goes!
